Finally, the Times reports that travellers will no longer be required to take expensive PCR tests for foreign travel in time for half-term – saving up to £200 for a family holiday. Instead, the tests two days after returning to Britain will be replaced by cheaper lateral flow tests, with passengers taking a photo to prove their negative result.
