The Sunday Times reports that an entire city in eastern Ukraine has been wiped out in the Russian invasion, citing a Ukrainian regional governor. Correspondent Richard Spencer writes that Russian-backed separatists claimed to have captured Volnovakha after heavy bombardment demolished much of the city of 21,000 people.
