Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said Vladimir Putin will pay for his barbarity, the Times reports. Speaking at the G7 summit in Germany, Mr Johnson also remarked the strike would strengthen European resolve to continue supporting Ukraine, while the paper says Britain has been “encouraged by a united front” at the annual meeting of wealthy nations.
