The Mail on Sunday leads with an article from a different government minister – Levelling Up Secretary Michael Gove – as he unveils what the paper calls a “radical blueprint to turbo-change the economy in deprived areas” of the UK. Mr Gove’s plans include 20 new “Boris Boroughs” to boost low income areas such as Wolverhampton and Sheffield with billions of pounds of funding.
