The Met’s request has raised fears Gray’s full findings could be delayed “indefinitely” a government source has told the Guardian. As one MP brands the force a “broken organisation” over its intervention, the paper carries Scotland Yard’s insistence that although it was in contact with Gray’s team about the report’s contents to ensure it did not prejudice the police probe, it had not asked for its release to be delayed.
